? Can I Rent a Home in Korea Before I Arrive?
Yes! Many of our international clients secure their homes before arriving in Korea.
This allows you to move into your new home immediately after landing, without spending time or money on temporary accommodation.
? Step 1. Browse Available Properties
We will send you photos and videos of properties that match your budget and preferences.
You can compare different options from anywhere in the world and narrow down your favorites.
? Step 2. Request Additional Photos or Videos
If you'd like a closer look, we can visit the property in person and take additional photos or videos for you.
Our goal is to help you understand the property's condition and layout as clearly as possible before making your decision.
? Step 3. Confirm the Property
Once you've chosen the property, we'll send you a summary of the lease terms, including:
- Security Deposit
- Monthly Rent
- Lease Period
- Maintenance Fees
- Move-in Date
- Other important conditions
After both you and the landlord agree to the terms, you can pay the holding deposit by international bank transfer.
? Step 4. Arrive in Korea
When you arrive in Korea, you'll meet with us to:
- Sign the official lease agreement
- Pay the remaining balance
- Receive the keys
You can then move into your new home on the same day.
